Type of investment
Acquisition of a majority stake or a minority-controlling stake. Our investment will be financed by our own capital. Occasionally it would be possible to use external funds from financial partners. Our stockholdings range from 50.000€ to 5 million €. Our company will hold the investment at least 3 to 7 years, in a win-win relationship with our partners.
